Who. What. Where.

Intrastellar music for the silicon generation... female-to-male and counterpoint... synthetic temporality meets Sunday Service... eschatology in reverse... phantoms of meaning linger in circuit-boards, driven by fleshy fingers... "the thought-maps we venture in each other's noise-cloud..." and from the next place, the subtle sounds follow... inside-and-outside, bodies in orbit

Subtle bodies - A two-piece hailing from London, UK, with members Atlasbelly and Sunhead. The duo are set to release their debut Album 'Dreampool Essays' July 20th 2017 on the independent label EnkiMuzik, and will be playing this year's festival the Secret Garden Party, 20-24th July 2017.

The music is big, atmospheric, noisey and also minimal, layered with acoustic and electronic sounds that steal from folk, psychedelia, electronica and rock. The artists draw on influences as varied as Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, My Bloody Valentine, The Alchemist and Ernst Reijseger with an infinity of others. The cinematic-scaping and sonic integrity of the duo's sound is rooted in the lengthy pre-production process, which emerges naturally to form a flexible and dynamic mode of songwriting and a transporting live performance.
